So buzz feed came out with a coffee cup worthy article talking about my all time favorite drink in the entire world. You guessed it right, folks! It's Whiskey!!! Here are more than 20 reasons why whiskey is basically, gold. I always talk about new things, innovation and change.
This is because this is what I have been accustomed to growing up. The rapid changes of scenery, the life I've had to leave behind, all the old and new faces that broke my heart to let go of. It's what built me up to be the person that I am now. Often times I have moments in where I am not content with who I am at the moment, which is why I pursue to better myself second by second. One thing at a time. Yes, mistakes are all part of it. You can't imagine the debauchery I have gotten myself into this year. But what's most important is coming out of those experiences, although you may be broken or even tattered, you crawl out of there, and just like hot, wet clay, you begin reshaping yourself and use that experience to your advantage. A person that comes out of any unfortunate situation, does not come out weak, they come out a lot smarter. But it's a matter of choice. You have potential good friend. Dream big. I don't say it to sound cliche or for the sake of an inspirational blog post/article. However, what you will become from hereon is a product of your choice as an individual. Yes, the weight is that heavy. Just keep calm and carry on. TED TALKS - MARK PLOTKIN "What the amazonians know that we don't" REVIEW AND RECOMMENDATION12/1/2014 I do not usually recommend specific videos, but not too long ago, I started to watch Ted Talks. This is byfar the most fascinating lecture that I have ever watched in my life. http://www.ted.com/talks/mark_plotkin_what_the_people_of_the_amazon_know_that_you_don_t#t-867534 I posted the link above so check it out. It's mindblowing to me. Actually, it's something I think I already knew. But these tribes were almost a work of fiction to me. I can't believe they actually exist. I've always been into meditation and Reiki, and natural medicine. I never really believed in Psychological diagnosis or medicine either. I believe people just need more of nature's finest gifts to us. I admire these tribes. They have been brought up to be in perfect harmony with nature. I would have loved to grow up as a huntress or a warrior. This is phenomenal. I just started listening to metallica last night. And wow. Where have they been all my life. I am inlove!!! Ofcourse it would be Dean's playlist that would take me here. But hey, damn. once you go, you never go back. This is freaking sickkkk. Metallica shirts for Christmas please. lolWhat better way to welcome december than with a glass of wine and some red hot lipstick? |
